Information we process

With your permission, Google Analytics collects information about how visitors use the site, including pages viewed, approximate location, device information and referral source. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

Why we process information

We process contact information to respond to your request and take steps you ask us to take. We process limited technical and security data for our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving the website. Analytics is used only after consent and can be refused or withdrawn through Cookie settings.

Essential cookies support security, WordPress administration and your cookie preference. The mawi_consent_choice cookie remembers your choice for up to one year. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits and produce aggregated reports. Advertising storage and ad personalisation remain disabled.

Wordfence security

Wordfence may process IP addresses, attempted usernames, request information and security events to detect attacks, enforce login limits and protect the website. Security records are retained only as reasonably necessary for detection, investigation and protection.

Retention

We retain contact correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and related business records. Analytics and security information are retained according to the configured service periods and are reviewed periodically. Cookie preferences are stored for up to one year.

Under applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to certain processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time.
